Beech King Air Aircraft for Sale

There are Beech King Air aircraft for sale here. The famous Beech King planes have been in production since 1964. Most people are aware of the Beechcraft Company's "King Airs" range which began with production of model 90 and model 100 and later included the 200 model and 300 model T-Tail series.

The 200 and 300 models were first known as "Super King Airs" but the company dropped this name in 1996. These aircraft are all twin turbo-prop and they were the first in class. King Air's have outsold all of their turbo-prop competitors for several years. The first model 90 King Air was delivered in 1964 and there were military versions produced for the US Army.

In 1971 Beechcraft introduced the model C90 with PT6A-20A engines and increased wingspan. The next year the company launched the Model E90 with PT6A-28 engine configuration and later on Beechcraft refined the aircraft further with the Model F90 and F90-1.

C90GT and C90GTi models followed in 2005-2007. These included twin PT6A-135A engines for improved climb rate, cruise speed and better overall performance. The C90GTi featured an avionics upgrade. The model 100 is a larger version of the model 90 and has seen A100 and B100 variations.

Super King Air model 200 was introduced in 1974 and featured a T-Tail and a PT6A-41 engine configuration for increased power and increased wingspan. Variations include the model 200T, model 200C and CT and model B200 launched in 1981 which is still in production today.

The Super King Air model 300 is an upgraded version of the model 200 with engines delivering more power and other refinements. In 1990 the first model 350 launched and the latest version is the 350i. You can see some fine examples of the excellent Beech King Air aircraft for sale here.
