As an A P mechanic, you will work on a wide variety of general aviation and business aircraft. You will also:
- Troubleshoot aircraft systems
- Communicate with industry resources to solve problems
- Be able to read and thoroughly understand maintenance manuals and troubleshooting guides
- Organize and maintain shop equipment
Job Requirements
- Must hold a valid FAA issued A P Certificate
- Must have 5 years of recent industry experience with piston aircraft
- Possess good troubleshooting skills
- Possess problem-solving and organizational skills
- Be willing to work overtime nights and weekends on occasion
- Must have excellent team skills and a positive attitude
- Must possess tools appropriate to the job
Preferred Experience:- Valid FAA issued IA Certificate
- Twin Cessna, Citation and King Air experience
Physical and Other Requirements:- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver license
- Be able to read, write, and understand the English Language
- Be able to comfortably lift 60 lbs. routinely with or without reasonable accommodation
- Travel for training and off-site maintenance
