Largest Aviation Search Portal Launch
Port Orange, Florida- Aerocontroller.com has just launched the world’s largest aviation search portal. This comprehensive search engine has been in development for the past few months by Aerocontroller’s Web Design Department. According to Grant Desmarais, principal of General Aviation Security, Inc. (parent company of Aerocontroller.com), “Finding an airplane should be easier. Our search engine provides users the ability to search aircraft not only on our site, but also on almost all the major classified listing sites. Yes, we understand that we are re-directing some of our own site traffic to competitors but we understand that this is good for the aviation marketplace and the future of aviation as a whole.” Currently developers are working on a more complex search code that will scan and search even more aircraft. Desmarais approximates that the portal currently has access to 25,000 aircraft and grows every day.
Aerocontroller.com is owned by General Aviation Security, Inc. and is based out of the Spruce Creek Fly-In. Founded in 2008 the company has grown to become one of the largest aviation marketplaces currently found on the web.
