Q: How do I create an account on the new AeroController™ website?

A: If you are new to AeroController™, welcome! Creating an account is quick and easy to do by clicking on the REGISTER button at the top of the homepage. Complete all of the fields. A verification email will be sent to you in just a few seconds. IMPORTANT: You must open the email to verify your account and post your listing. If you do not see the email be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder.


Q: I have been listing my planes for sale on AeroController™ com for several years. Will my old sign-in information work on the new site?

A:  No worries! Yes! You can log in at the top of the page with the username and password you have always used. Your previous user account information will be transferred over but please review your user profile and Advertiser profile details via your account to make sure they are accurate.  The "My User Account" page allows you to update your personal information related to your user account. The "Advertiser Profile" page allows you to include information about you/your business which is shown on your listings to viewers. 


Q: I have listings on the former website. Do I have to recreate them again on the new website?

A: No, we will be importing them into the new site.

Q: In the past the listings on your website have been free. I am not able to continue through the posting process without selecting a paid option and entering a payment method. Help!

A: We totally understand, we all love free stuff! But we've also upgraded our services, including the upcoming launch of new categories. In order to provide our customers with the best experience possible, the website needs constant maintenance to run smoothly. Also to get the most exposure for your listings we continuously market on search engines and social media (we have over 45,000 followers on Facebook and Twitter). Above all, charging a small listing fee helps filter out possible fraudulent users and listings (sadly, it doesn't always guarantee it, but it helps, and that helps you). There are also package deals for advertiser, brokers and companies who have more than a single listing. Keep an eye out for coupons and other special offers, too (or ask us)! Q: I have inquired about a few airplanes on your website, but you don’t respond to me. What’s up with that?

A: We are very sorry you are not receiving replies, but the airplanes are not our airplanes, and the inquiries do not come to us. The listings are posted by people who are selling them, and when you submit an inquiry it is going straight to the person who posted the listing. We do not have an alternate way to contact the seller, unfortunately. We urge you to keep looking and inquiring, and we are sure someone who is motivated to sell will reply to you soon! 


Q: Is there someone I can talk to at AeroController™, or is it all online only?

A: We’d love to hear from you! Please call our Customer Service team at 866-710-4046. We are available to speak with your Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. We do our best to answer every call live, and if we can’t then we ask that you leave a message, and we promise to get back to you as quickly as possible.
